Q: How much do you charge?

A: I base my quotes on a rate of $ 75.00 AU per hour. With a minimum charge of $150.00. Having said that I am always open to negotiation and I can adapt the artwork to fit your budget.

Q: How do I get a quote?

A: To get an obligation free quote email me at michael@clockworkpencil.com or by any of the methods on my contacts page.

Q: What do you need to know to make a quote?

A: I need to build up as clear an idea as I can of what you want the artwork to depict. So usually the more detailed you can be in discribing what you want and the more ideas you have the better.

Other helpful things for me to know are:

1) What size the artwork needs to be.

2) How soon do you need it.

3) Whether you need a vector image or a bitmap image and what file format you would like the artwork output as, e.g. (PDF, JPEG, TIFF etc..) (Click here for more info on file formats)

Q: I know what message I want to get over in the artwork but I don’t have any ideas can you help?

A: Absolutly! give me a call and I will be delighted to work up some ideas for you.

Q: What happens if I want go ahead ?

A: I will work up rough sketches and email them to you for your approval. Once you are happy with the idea I will work up the final artwork and send you a low resolution version via email. I usually allow for a couple of rounds of minor changes. Once you are happy with the final version I can either email a full resolution version to you (usually in PDF format) or I can mail the artwork to you on a CD. (NB. I will require full payment before I send off the final artwork file.)

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I can accept payment via any of the following methods from Australia:

1. Direct bank deposit.

2. Cheque.

3. Money order.

For payments from overseas I can accept PayPal

Q:Did you build this website yourself?

A: Yes I did. Using photoshop and sitegrinder 2

Q: Is Mr Illami there?

A: No, He used to have this phone number a long time ago but now it belongs to me.
